TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MyHome Renovations Limited is a New Zealand registered Limited Liability Company. Purchases on this website are open to New Zealand homeowners only.  Please read through our terms and conditions before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Currency

Returns & Exchange Policy

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars.

We do not offer refunds on electronic purchases such as PDF files, reports, ebooks or other digital data.  However, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us on team@myhomerenovations.co.nz to discuss.

Payment

We accept direct credit payment (NZ only) and debit/credit card (Mastercard and Visa only). Our credit card payments are processed securely through eWAY.  Compilation of orders will commence when we have received payment in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

The name of the business (MyHome Renovations Limited) will appear on your invoice.

Orders

Orders placed with MyHome Renovations are processed Monday to Friday within standard working hours. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

Delivery

Delivery of your purchase will be made via the email address advised at the time of purchase.  We aim to deliver within 5 to 10 working days, however this is a guide only.

The above terms and conditions are for online purchases electronic Product only, these do not form the terms and conditions of any of our Design or Building Services or their delivery, the terms and conditions for Design or Building Services are different and will be provided in writing in the form of an Agreement for Service or Contract to be signed by both parties.
